SAN FRANCISCO (June 3, 2022) - Urban Land Development (“ULD”), a full-service real estate development firm based in San Francisco, and its privately held real estate fund Urban Land Capital (“ULC”), today announced property demolition is now underway to build 531 Bryant, the first ground-up boutique office development in the South Park neighborhood of Central SoMa. The building will be ready for occupancy July 2023.

531 Bryant will be South Park’s first ground-up trophy office development, designed and built with a targeted focus on today’s high tech/low touch outside healthy workplace environment.

Located in San Francisco’s “Media Gulch” area of the Mission District, the ground-up development of 321 Florida Street will replace an underutilized parking lot with a 157,341-square-foot multifamily apartment building comprising 168 apartment units.
