420 Bryant Street
420 Bryant Street is 13,553-square-foot office building located half a block from the South Park tech and innovation enclave of the SOMA East submarket in Central SOMA. The building has a history of notable start-up technology tenants in a hub known for innovation. It is also one block from ULD’s five-story, 50,000-square-foot office building at 531 Bryant Street, which was the first new office built in San Francisco after the pandemic.
1161 Mission Street
1161 Mission is a 75,000-square-foot industrial building acquired in an off-market transaction in 2006. The property was extensively renovated with stunning improvements and became the first creative office building in San Francisco. The building was sold in 2012 to an institutional investor.

142 Minna was purchased off-market in 2012 and repositioned with significant capital improvements which included upgrading the ground floor for restaurant occupancy and the floors above for creative office space, specifically appealing to the technology tenants.
