Kevin Kawashita

Asset Manager

Kevin Kawashita has more than 20 years of real estate investment and development experience.  He's worked across $3B+ of assets, managing design, development, and financing with a focus on multifamily acquisitions in the East Bay. His experience includes real estate development at the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC), and later Veritas Investments, focusing on large-scale projects and a robust Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) program. 

Kevin studied at UC Berkeley where he led the Undergraduate Real Estate Club.  He is a licensed CCRM. During his spare time, he plays soccer and volunteers with the Cherry Blossom Committee, organizing the Cherry Blossom Festival each year in the Japantown neighborhood of San Francisco, CA.
